At SPAZI, we offer a 7-day exchange and return window for eligible items to ensure your satisfaction. During this period, you can request a change, refund, or replacement for items that meet our policy conditions.

Exclusions

The following are excluded from the 7-day return and exchange policy:

  1. Custom-Made or Special-Order Furniture: Items tailored to your specific dimensions, materials, finishes, or designs.
  2. Items Damaged by Customer: Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of misuse, neglect, improper care, or alterations.
  3. Normal Wear and Tear: Items that show regular usage after delivery are not eligible.

1. Returns for Defects or Shipping Damage

If your furniture arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, we will resolve the issue promptly.

  • Reporting: Notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting Customer Service at [0539121500]
  • Evidence: Provide clear photos, your order number, and a description of the issue.
  • Resolution Options: 
    • Repair: Fix the defect or damage at no cost.
    • Replacement: Replace the item if repair isn’t feasible.
    • Refund: In rare cases, a full or partial refund may be issued.

2. Exchanges and Refunds for Non-Custom Items

For items that are not custom-made or special orders, we accept exchanges and refunds within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • In their original packaging.

3. Return Process for Approved Cases

  • Authorization: Contact Customer Service for Return Authorization.
  • Packaging: Repackage items securely to prevent further damage.
  • Shipping: SPAZI will cover return shipping costs for approved cases of defects or damage.
  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected, and resolutions processed accordingly.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days of return approval and inspection, using the original payment method.

5. Policy Updates

SPAZI reserves the right to modify this policy. Updates will be reflected on this page with the latest effective date.
